Good Morning & Great Peacefully to ladies and gentlemen.Today i would like to talk about teeth. As we know Strong, healthy teeth help us looking great and more confident to communicate with other people. Other than that, our teeth also helps us to chew our food. Can you imagine to live without any teeth? We must take care of our teeth before all of them fall out. We must prevent our teeth from plague and bacteria.

-Brushing and that too in the right technique is the first and foremost requirement for maintaining oral health. And for this you need to use the best toothbrush available in the market.

- Buy a dental toothbrush with soft bristles and which have a good grip so that you don't hurt yourself while brushing your teeth. Hard bristles on your brush can damage your teeth.
(Yang nie pun kena tekankan juga...coz skrng nie byk berus gigi yg murah..rm0.50 pun ada..X salah beli n pakai tpi nti berus gigi tue buat gusi kta berdarah masa guna..)
-Always brush your teeth twice a day regularly. Brush your teeth in the morning before you go to sleep at night. In fact, you must brush your teeth after each meal.
(Hehehe...nie yg payah skit kn...berus lebih dari dua kali pun lgi baik..tpi jgnla habiskan colgate mama kita d umah...hehehe....bleh mkn dentine juga lepas take our meal..klu x dpt berus pun make sure g toilet and kumur2 air tuk buang sisa mknan)
-Brush your teeth for a minimum of two minutes to make sure plaque and other bacteria are not left behind.
(Time berus gigi kn..kita guna lidah tuk rasa samada gigi kita dah bersih or belum..) -For cleaning the inner surfaces of the upper and lower row, push the brush back and forth in a gentle vibratory motion.

-Always use flavored fluoridated toothpaste for effective anti decay and good oral care. Also floss your teeth in the right way as this plays a very important way in keeping your teeth healthy.

-Change your brush after every three months. Plus, you must change your toothbrush after you have suffered from a cold.

-The best way of properly brushing your front teeth is by running your toothbrush up and down in an oscillatory action.

-After every six months you must visit your dentist as he is the one who can give you expert advice on your oral health.
(nIe mesti buat nie...brpun kita tgok gigi kita okay...doktor jak tau mana yg rosak.)
